new gun: the good old regular ar2 (but shiny and new). honestly i didn't like the way other ar2's on arccw had their stats set, so i made my own one

also i think i fixed aiming with the oicw and heavy pulse rifle. and some animations.

- prototype pulse rifle
- marksman rifle

fixes:
- sights on the oicw and heavy pulse rifle now dont shake your scope like crazy
