Version 0.9.0 [The almost final update]

--Major changes:
-New case model
-New item - Decryption device: opens new FKM cases.
-New items - Decryption device shell and Decryption chip: combine to make a working decryption device.
-New item - Decryption chip container: Contains pristine decryption chips.
-Rework - Decryption devices can be used on any case, they do not need to match (i.e. elite keycard -> elite case)
-Config options (see below)
-Old keycards and keycard wallets will be removed from the mod on 4/1/24 (April 1st)

-alwaysPristine: If 1, knives will always spawn with their HP set to max. If 0, the knives will spawn with a random HP amount. [Default 0]
-spawnInCase: If 1, knives will spawn in an opened case. If 0, knives will spawn on the ground and the case will be deleted upon being opened. [Default 1]
-reusability: If 1, the decryption chip will break and leave behind a decryption device shell. If 0, the decryption device will be deleted entirely upon being used. [Default 1]
