Skytraffic now uses particle system in most instances.
More color variety with sky traffic.
Traffic behind start no longer collides with police.

There's been so many things added and revamped at this point, I've completely lost track. I'll just make this quick...

New ads and signs.
More scrolling and flickering stuff.
Fixed tons of building textures.
A few new buildings.
Added post race cameras, finally.
Added countdown billboards, also finally.

Added a rotating text hologram to complement the spinning satanic Angryman, to give it a better purpose for being there in the first place.

Oh, and added an elevator to the Bostrom building. Hard to remember everything. Sound improvements expected in the next update.

Environment assets:
Fixed a major conflict with a light shaft material.
Added elevators to a building that should've had them to begin with.
Custom Weapon and Speed pads added.

Lighting:
A few lights added, removed or intensity increased.

Environment assets:
Many textures swapped with more appropriate ones.
Improved UVs of lights in second tunnel.
City smog layer added.
New development started in Celeste A.M.

Lighting:
Removed soft shadows from nightclub tunnel lights that were creating extremely dark sections on the walls.
Fixed a few inaccurately colored or improperly placed point lights.

Environment assets:
Added a missing fence and a group of missing trees in residential area.
Fixed some light structures in damaged building tunnel that were obstructing adverts.
Fixed improperly flipped normals and added soft shading to spotlight shafts on the vertical tunnel building.

Effects:
Fixed an issue with the skybox shader.
Improved the opacity of the steam particle effects near the Bostrom billboard.
Fixed a codec issue on some custom video adverts that were using H264 instead of what the internal tracks use.

Expect drastic visual improvements in the future.
