Buffs
- Mjau Mjau can now be charged by holding down, making her go very fast!!! Also she will charge on her own for 5 seconds if you jump off while charging, which can be used to do other stuff with her more easily (since she wont move), or act as a delayed projectile
- The planets during USpecial can now be hit by Matty if he cancels the move (and after being interacted with in any way, everyone can hit them just like the other planets)
- NSpecial can now snacc projectiles on the first frame even if they overlap Matty, and is a bit more reliable and disjointed. When snaccing something, Matty also gets a small window of invincibility
- NSpecial can now snacc articles as well, and not just projectiles. To use it, add 'CalCanSnack' to your article and set it to either 1 or 2 (2 allows Cally to spit the article back out, while 1 has him swallow it and turn it into a star. You can also add 'CalCanSnackCharge' to determine how much charge Cally gets by eating it, if you use 1)
Fixes / Other Changes
- Most of the above applies to projectiles as well. They could already be snacced, but now you can set 'CalCanSnack' to 2 in order to have Cally spit the projectile back out instead of consuming it, if preferred

Buffs
- Jab1, NAir, UTilt, DTilt, and UAir have a bit more range
- Increased FAir kbs (1.05->1.1), less startup (f15->f13), and a bit more range
- Increased BAir kbs (0.9->1.0 sweetspot, 0.7->0.9 sourspot) and sourspot bkb (6->7). It also has a bit more range
- DAir has a bit less endlag when landing
- FTilt has less startup (f12->f9) and a bit more range
- DAttack has more armor during startup, and is a little faster (f31->f27)
- FStrong sweetspot is a bit bigger, and DStrong has a bit more armor when grounded
- Increased NSpecial grab hitbox bkb (4->6), mostly to go through armor better. Also increased kbs for shooting out players (0.85->0.95)
- Increased DSpecial armor a little bit (mostly at lower charges)

- Stars have been rebalanced a little, but will also properly swap between their active and inactive sprites when thrown/reflect by another player

- Matty can now cancel up b with a jump, airdodge, or a walljump, and it has 1 frame less startup
- Changed DStrong spike angle to send more outward (260->280)
- Increased the size of funny FStrong windbox a little
