Buffs
- FStrong now has armor when the move comes out (12), and the windbox comes out after 15 frames of charge instead of 30
- DStrong has more armor (8->13 grounded, 4->10 aerial), and spikes after 15 frames of charge instead of 30
- UStrong now goes higher up, and has armor when the move comes out (10). The grab also has more lifetime (6->10)
Fixes / Other Changes
- When charging strongs, a sound will play at 15 frames of charge to indicate changes
- Added a HUD icon for Mjau Mjau to indicate when she is available or not, and added an effect + sound when the planet cooldown for FTilt, FAir, and BAir ends
- Matty's final smash will now charge up when he hits opponents with projectiles

Buffs
- NSpecial when spitting out players kbs increased (0.7->0.85), decreased startup when skipping the projectile (-6f), and decreased endlag by a little bit
- After using NSpecial, made it possible to continue using the move after spitting out a player by simply holding SPECIAL (which also means that if Cal eats projectiles and then eats a player, the star from the eaten projectiles no longer has to be wasted)
- You can now double jump out of NSpecial endlag if you're in the air (only works if you have your jump obviously)
- NAir has less startup (f11->f9), and made the tip of Matty's arms disjointed
- Decreased jab startup (f7->f5)
Nerfs
- The planet projectiles from NSpecial, FTilt, FAir, and BAir are now easier to hit. Which means you need less disjoint and they're easier to knock around in general
Fixes / Other Changes
- If a projectile is plasma safe but not transcendent, or is transcendent but not plasma safe, NSpecial can eat it. Before, it would only check for plasma safe. Basically this just makes it so that Cal can eat the projectile if it's breakable in any way
- Fixed so Matty gets armor instantly when grabbing someone with NSpecial or UStrong, instead of 1 frame late
