Nerfs
- Matty is now easier to hit while riding Mjau Mjau, as part of her now counts as his hurtbox
- If Matty gets hit off Mjau Mjau, she cant create another hitbox for a little while (90 frames). Mostly to prevent you from getting grabbed by her despite successfully landing a hit
- Increased cooldown on Mjau Mjau after she despawns (20->30)
- Planets now need more downward velocity before they begin to spike (4->6)
