I have changed around the cargo bay storage, hopefully making it more fun for modded play throughs without taking away the current storage abilities

-Added a motion detection system(also lights on the periscopes) and alarm for gunners to quickly discern where there are threats outside of the sub without relying on the captain for orientation of the threat!
