-Minor visual changes
-Added true double bunk bed
-4 exterior coilguns shoot 50% slower than normal coilgun
-removed Id requirement to open Captains Naviagion door, but captain have the option to lock the door if he so choose

-doubled fuel consumption for reactor
-implemented better duct system when flooding occur
-doors react faster when flooding occurs, from 5 sec to 3 sec
-removed a button for navigation door, as it is redundant

-Engine has its power reduced, and the booster energy usage increased (Nerf for speed of ship in general)

-Several walls have their health reduced (In wall, walls)
-All crafting machine have increase in their power cost during fabrication
-Added reset light colour for navigation room
-When going to vendor in Station, Submarine option only shows what is not in containers in the submarine or in allocated [To Be Sold] Racks

Small balance patch
Repairing for non experienced crew is slower, but still similar for skilled crew.
Changed the price of the sub in line with vanilla submarines

Railgun/ ammo crate holders numbers are reduced
No. of fire extinguisher are reduce, no. of holders remains the same
Fix visual bugs
Potential fix for bug that cause main sub to be unable to dock to outpost
