Updated Exploration/Research Vessel R.S.V. Almeria + Minisub.

  • Added an auto-levelling option for the ballast tank system, with all manual overrides.
  • Added manual start key for the two generators
  • Added toggle mag-all as hotkey 3 for the remote that controls the big winch (Thanks @martin.lawn for the idea)
