fixed bug with tap jump protection that would allow you to infinitely
double jump while using U-Special without fuel

Updated U-Strong animation (didn't really like the feel of it :/)
U-Tilt now has a small smear hitbox and is less disjointed

Large Update

-Updated portrait art with a new artstyle

-Updated animations for F-AIR, B-AIR, U-AIR, JAB, D-TILT and U-STRONG
(each of these moves also gaining slight range increases and jab 3 no longer moves backward)
-A New F-Tilt has been added, a jumping axe kick that progresses slightly forward whilst launching slightly upward
-N-SPECIAL now gives more time for picking a direction to throw in, and pressing a direction skips to the corresponding throw instantly
-Trying to use U-SPECIAL or F-SPECIAL without any fuel gives a small misfire boost in the moves original direction, this can only be used once whilst airborne but replenishes when Cinder takes damage

-F-SPECIAL damage output: 8 > 9
-U-SPECIAL sweetspot damage output: 9 > 10
-D-AIR startup (in frames): 8 -> 9
-JAB 1 startup (in frames): 4 > 3
-F-STRONG startup (in frames): main hit 35 > 28, early hit 29 > 25
-F-STRONG spike sweetspot now launches at 270

-Removed the SSBU Terry Hit-SFX for the punches and replaced them with default rivals sounds
-B-AIR and D-AIR SFX also replaced to give more impact
-edited colors for most of the alternate palletes (hopefully they look better now)
-Removed Pastey And Drip alts (one too obscure and the other had only 1 color changed)

gave the suspicious imposter alt a custom taunt (sorry in advance)

-Cinder's DSPECIAL fuel tank has been slightly reworked
-now if Cinders fuel isn't full, the fuel tank will fuel her one bar at a time automatically without having to use a fueled move.
-every time the tank gives Cinder 1 fuel, the tank loses 1 health (which is still affected by enemy hitboxes)
-The tank can refuel Cinder up to 3 bars (if not hit), the exact same amount that she would've been refuled prior to this update
-also the explosion from detonating the tank is now slightly more powerful to compensate for the new dangers of getting hit

ive changed these things because the fuel tank was really hard to use prior, these changes should make things easier
huge thanks to Trail Mix for the concept

anyways other stuff

-NSPECIALGROUND-DTHROW and UTILT hit sfx changed
-cinder moves less after hitting DAIR
-dair's second hit can now be activated by the c-stick and the down-strong button aswell rather than just the A button
-fspecial glides slightly more in endlag

I increased hitbox range by an inch on some moves:
UTILT
DTILT
NAIR
FAIR
UAIR

DTILT now has a small forward boost on the attack frame
JAB moves forward more with each part
FAIR animation smears updated (also a bit more range)
Shorthop height reduced very slightly (a few aerials sometimes didnt hit grounded enemies on shorthop)
