Fixed an issue where Max's Stadium arm had a bandage where it shouldn't be.

Fixed an issue where Max's arms on the suit and Hoboken outfit had an incorrect UV mapping.

Fixed an issue where Wet Suit Max had clipping issues with his shirt.

Fixed an issue where some helper bones were incorrectly parented on Max's skeleton, causing the clavicle bones to appear incorrectly weighted when they weren't.

Fixed NPC animation reloading improperly or not at all for all characters.
