1. Included most adjustments from the Tech Testing Mode, overhaul the tech tree, check it out directly in the game.
2. Included adjustments of units, unique units, unit promotions from the Military Testing Mode, overhaul the unit promotions, check it out directly in the game.
3. Important Change (from 2): Most early units are cheaper than before, encourage to have more units. The way of consuming strategic resources changed (similar to tanks in the original setting).
4. The cost of Civics increased (about 10% to 20%) to slow down the general pace.
5. Nerf library and university to slow down.
6. balance tweak on lumber mills, camps and plantations.
7. balance tweak on some Wonders (Temple of Heaven, Wat Arun, Machu Picchu, Terracotta Army).
8. Rework Korea's Ability, highly bounded to governors now, very recommended to experience with (it is a bit IMBA at this point).

Civilizations Rework: Poland, Aztec, Mali. Tweak on Mapuche, Canada, Nubia, Germany, Russia, Scotland, Maori and China.
Disable the coastal mountains in Pangaea and Contients Map.
Adjustments on Citystates: Kabul, Lahore, Akkad.
Add 2 new policy cards related to entertainment complex district.
Add a set of projects that produce Strategic Resources (checkout in the game directly).
Make Canal and Dam districts better.
Tweak on some Wonders.

1. Add two advanced game options (which will probably make the game more challenging).
2. Add citizen slot to Diplomatic quarter and Government Plaza, yields culture and science. Buildings inside these districts increase the citizen yield in the district.
3. Add envoy award to Diplomatic quarter buildings.
4. CityStates ability update: Aukland, Nan Madol, Ayutthaya, Chinguetti, Preslav.
5. Civilizations abilities update: Germany, British, Scotland, Russia, Scythia. Minor update on Mali and Nubia.

Support two Wonder MODs (fixs their icon issue):
Suk's Wat Arun: (overwrite effect) +2 Food and +1 Housing for all Districts and Wonders adjacent to River, doubles for the city build this wonder.
Temple of Heaven: (overwrite effect) ALL Domestic trade routes +100% yields from Destination Districts. Your Trade Routes to your own cities gain +2 [ICON_Gold] for each specialty Districts at the destination. Governors established in a city provide +3% Food for each Promotion they have earned, including their first one.
NOTE: You can ignore the incompatible warning of that two mods.

General updates:
Steam Power Tech extra effect: increase sea trade route range by 15 tiles.
Update tens of military policy cards (part of military rework).
Beliefs update for City patron goddess, Choral music, Feed the World, Daoguan (worships), Dar e mehr (worships).
Reduce the tourism of relic from 10 back to 8.
Eruka for Industrialization and Mass production changed.
Some minor updates for the unique improvements of Indonesia and Cree.
Reduce the Commercial hub adjacency yield with luxury resources to 1, resume at Medieval Faires civic.
Add icons for our new city center buildings.

B. MOTHERLAND CALLS, add extra effect: +10 combat strength when combat in own territory.
C. CN TOWER. Effect: Free broadcast tower for each cities have museum. 2 population, 2 housing and 1 amenity to all cities.

decrease the cost of Archaeologist to 250.
small tweaks on plantation and pasture improvements.
tweak on Civilizations including Sumeria and France, enhance the ability of the Leader Eleanor.
Increase the cost of levying units.
Reduce the duration time of diplomacy interactions to 15t (declare friend, ally, denounce).

Add Support for [MOD] Watchtower, an improvement made by recon units that reveals the inner ring of it and provides extra sight range to units. It can be removed 5 turns after it being plliaged (unless it being repaired in time).

Push the starting era of world congress to Industrial Era instead of Medival Era. The interval of the world congress reduces to 15 turns. The world congress provided by the base game is not that fun and there is not that much interfaces to change that. We may consider to work out a new world congress in the future. Currently, let's just push it to later era.

NOTE: there are three testing game modes (military, tech tree, AI related) at this moment, they are all internal testing usage now (so not recommanded to enable that). Once they pass through the internal test, they will be included without the game mode.

Text rearrange
Increase the load order of UI Modules.

Minor tweaks on some Civilizations.
Military Engineer can construct roads with resources instead of charges.
Roman Legion can also construct ancient and medival roads (with resources).
Wonder Petra unlocked by Currency instead of Mathematics.
Tweak on Governors:
Governor Victor no longer provide +2 combat strength for units trained in the city.
Liang's City park now unlocked by Medieval Faires.

[Version v0.7.5.1]

Combine [Mod] ExpandedInitialVision as third party with 3 tiles initial vision. Maya gets extra 3 tiles vision.

Fix the loading issue for missing DLCs.
Increase the StartBias of mineral resource for Nubia and Mali.

Add a new Pantheon, [Voodoo]: all city centers get +1 production for every adjacent jungle tile, get +1 culture for every two adjacent jungle tiles.
