Fixed Lua errors:
- lua/entities/sent_streamradio/shared.lua:96: Tried to use a NULL entity!
- lua/streamradio_core/lib.lua:122: bad argument #2 to 'format' (number expected, got nil)

- Added "Liquid Dubstep" to the playlists.
- Playlists with just one entry are played directly after opening now.
- Cleaned up the GUI and made it easier to read.
- Added a whole punch of clientside settings.
- Hopefully fixed a render target issue that occurs after big lags.

Changed the playlists not to be generated every start. It's only generated when there is no streamradio folder in the data folder or when "streamradio_rebuildplaylists" was entered into the console.
