First update since the jam. I'm currently working on a minor rework, so there might be more soon.
+ DSpecial now has a grounded variant which jumps upwards with a hitbox. Can lead into an air combo or be cancelled with a walljump
+ Moved UStrong to Grounded USpecial. This gives me space to make a new UStrong, which is currently a low effort placeholder
+ New UStrong
+ USpecial can now grab the Box. It will shift you forwards while grabbing it so you can wrap around the side and walljump off it.
- Adjusted angle of FTilt's lower hitbox to -90, now it should be techable and punishable with BAir if he tries to spam it for an edgeguard
~ Adjusted UAir vertical speed boost. Now always gives a small boost, and the boost on hit is smaller

First Hugh update in a while. Changed a bunch of stuff so I might forget to list a couple things.
+ USpecial now grants a bit of a horizontal boost, so using it right after walljumping is no longer a death sentence.
+ Widened DAir hitbox
+ Increased size of Utilt hitboxes, should connect more consistently now
+ Increased duration of box summon hitbox from 3 to 8 frames. Was really finicky and inconsistent to hit, often the opponent would tech off the box without getting hit by the summon hitbox.
+ DStrong can now charge. U and F Strongs still don't because 1. UStrong wouldn't benefit much and 2. FStrong is funnier this way
+ Widened DTilt hitbox
+ Increase UAir hitbox sizes. UAir now also gives a slight vertical boost (more like gravity reduction) after hitting the first hit, so you should be able to connect with the second hit against high enemies more often.
+ Bair now has a low priority top hitbox that sends towards Hugh instead of away. Hopefully this will make the move more interesting and useful in combos.
+ NAir front hit 1 now hits low enough to hit Orcane on shorthop instant nair. This is very important since Nair is possibly one of Hugh's best combo starters and neutral spacing tools, so missing short opponents was a huge matchup disadvantage.

DStrong now has a black outline, and with that, Hugh no longer has any outlineless animations (as long as I haven't missed any)

Specials now have sounds effects on whiff
nspecial now summons/desummons the box faster, and its desummon hitbox comes out accordingly faster as well
nspecial now summons the box 8 pixels higher
slightly increased second hit of UAir KB Growth
Added a walkturn animation
adjusted hit sounds
Box now takes extra damage if you land on it after jumping off it, so you can't stall for nearly as long by repeatedly jumping off it
