Still Version 1.0.2 (No Changes), but now marked for Stellaris 3.2.x so your game doesn't yell at you for using it.

A 3.0 Legacy version will be uploaded for those running on that for some reason.

This is the "Actually Tell People Things Are Happening" update.

- The Dowser and Bore will now inform you when they are constructed and ready to fire, with a helpful reminder by name of where you built it.
- The Dowser and Bore will now inform you when they have completed their task and created a new system, helpfully naming the new system and the system where they were fired from.
