Switched the type of zombies from the Undying Loyalty dark event.

Shrike Weapons decks should now be generated correctly. I forgot about the thing where the normal version only build ones that have an associated tech.

Frost Priests should no longer spawn more than 1 per pod outside of the Psi Storm SitRep.
Slightly lowered M2 Priest HP at difficulties other than vetran (it was scaling incorrectly)
Changed Frost Legion Necromancer's Coress ability's sounds. It's quieter and more sectoidy.
Added some followers to claus' assault troopers.
Added a POI that rewards a few Shrike Weapons, tier depending on current force level.
Coress and Reanimate now spawn different kinds of zombies - they're mostly identical other than the name atm tho.

Frost Shield should now truncate instead of round when the attack would normally do 3 or less damage. this helps out some weaker weapons early on.
Fixed a config error that was preventing Frost Legion Spectres from using their ranged attack.
Fixed a bug that prevented Frost Legion Spectre's overwatch shot from firing.
Adjusted Frost Legion Spectre AI: they will now sometimes use their melee attack, and take priority shots on their 2nd action.

Added a config option to make coress'd zombies start with no AP.
Fixed a errors in configuration of legion leader loot that was causing redscreens.
Medikits should now also remove chill/freeze.
Fixed a typo that caused the Shrike Vektors to not have an archetype.
Attempted fix for the hitman using the wrong anim for shooting with TPS setup.

Priest's Freeze Weapon should no longer be able to target units with weapons that can't be disabled.
Priest's Blinding Cold should no longer be able to target the lost.

Fixed error with sitrep setup that was preventing them from applying both effects.
Fixed error with encounter list configs that was causing redscreens.
Units that are tiered up are now labeled "veteran" or "elite". units that first appear in a given tier are not labeled this way.
