GENERAL
-Regi's colors have been adjusted to be more vibrant
-Regi's alts have been reorganized, with some alts being replaced.
-Filled in missing pixels on the sprites.

DATTACK
-Active Time (6 > 4);

FAIR
-Increased width of late hitbox slightly.
-Reduced height of late hitbox slightly.

NSPECIAL
-The rock pillar will now seek players depending on their platform height.
-Added an indicator for said change

FStrong - KB was reduced but KBS was increased. Should make it sligthly better.

-Sourspot now matches sweetspot, except for damage.

UStrong - Made weaker in general, KB was nuts for a move that sends up.
