- Added UI scale setting (game graphics tab).
- Fix wrong default game UI elements after load game with changed resolution.
- Fix wrong full screen border on screens with ratio other than 16:9.
- Fix third party mods UI elements position as far as possible. Some mods dont adapted for change resolution, you should ask their authors for make UI flexible.
