-Fixed the finger axis alignment so that the Finger Poser works properly

-I recompiled the ragdoll with the complete bone count from the original SFM port. Apparently at some point Garry's Mod got upgraded to support twice as many bones in a model. Blender Source Tools never got the news, since it still gives the "SMD only supports 128 bones" warning.
