-Dispenser Tape has less ground friction(1->.6)
-Dispenser Tape has faster ground mobility(7.25 init dash, 6.25 dash speed)
-Up tilt's startup is faster (frame 6 for both modes), and endlag has been decreased(13F(dispenser), 11F(no dispenser))
-The cancel window for neutral special has been decreased(F20->F16) so you can act out sooner.
-No dispenser up special can be used after dispenser up special now.
-Down special's landing hitbox has more knockback scaling (.45->.9)
-Dispenser Tape's up strong now can (barely) reach characters with Zetter's hurtbox on the ground.
