Incorporated workarounds for paintability with additive transparency textures with self-illum. Only the base texture "ghost_aspect.vmt" has been changed.
- $blendtintbyalpha set to 0
- Re-added $selfIllumFresnel and its related paraments
- Add two proxies, a Divide and Clamp proxy to help keep additive transparency brightness changes caused by paint within a certain range.
