Bugfix: The mod now correctly keeps track of how many items need to be spawned across treasure rooms. Not that it is a common occurence, but floors with multiple treasure rooms will now remember how many items still need to be spawned for each room, not just the most recent room.

Bugfix: Tainted Forgotten no longer counts as two players.
Bugfix: Jacob and Esau no longer counts as two players.
