Update: 29 May, 2021 @ 3:16pm

AI will stockpile a bit more alloys before starting shipbuilding.

Added few more checks in my fleet events so the error.log doesn't get as much spammed when the event tries to move to nonexistent scope.

Update: 28 May, 2021 @ 10:42am

AI will now use navalcapacity instead of fleetpower to make some earlygame decisions. This will help if you use mods that change the way the fleetpower is calculated (note that the most popular among them -- ACoT isn't too compatible yet, AI will use new ACoT technologies exactly just like was coded by ACoT creators, this mod can't influence it.)

Update: 28 May, 2021 @ 1:34am

Apparently unlike ensign, grand admiral AIs are often declaring in 2241.

So I changed the threshold to depend a little bit on the ethics (so only the genocidals will do it instantly).

Update: 27 May, 2021 @ 11:32pm

Decided to rollback the previous change. You will now again will be able to cheese AI into accepting subjugation, if that's your thing. I changed a few constants and an AI reactions so it won't be as simple in vanilla, but very doable with some mods.

This reverts back the idea that the mod doesn't contain any gameplay changes that impacts human players. You are free to declare wars before 2240 (even though the AI won't), and subjugate (even though the AI won't), AI will try to protect a bit against human doing those, but not too much, if you want you can abuse them.

Changes: Diplomatic actions.

Update: 27 May, 2021 @ 10:14pm

Unfortunately it seems that I have to remove the ability to vassalise the AI until after the peacetimer. I can't mod acceptance so I can't force AI to refuse and there is a way to cheese relative power to increase acceptance (AI can not take resource stockpiles into account, I can not add any new conditions on acceptance/refusal).

This will not matter for normal gameplay, vassalisation and tributarisation is perfectly possible after 2241.

Update: 27 May, 2021 @ 7:53am

Improved management of breeder planets, added few more cases where AI will try to use market (buying resources for colony ships, buying alloys when in war). Decreased the pickrate of bad rare techs.

Changed files:
Buildings, strategic resources.

Update: 26 May, 2021 @ 8:55am

Fixed an issue where AI wasn't trading away the minerals during energy crisis.

Fixed a yes/no mistype in sacrificial temple condition that prevented humans from building a second one on a planet.

Update: 25 May, 2021 @ 1:47pm

Some earlygame micromanagement improvements.
