Forgot to compile the new hands! Now recompiled and fixed!

• Unfortunately, had to remove the custom HUD in order to fix the flashlight

• Fixed flashlight clipping into hands
  
• Fixed dupliicated HEV pain voice lines.

• Toned down the flashing arms in the menus
