-small bug fix

-fixed eternal cultist and eternal red cultist sometimes not entering the phase 2 immediately.
-eternal cultist and eternal red cultist enters the phase 2 when the hp is below 50% doesn't matter what they are doing
-increased the hp restored to eternal cultist and eternal red cultist when they enter phase 2 from 30 to 50

-increased the hp of eternal rag mega balls from 20 to 25
-eternal enemies that constantly jumps towards the player functions better now to not be stopped so easily
-eternal spider enemies (lvl2 spider, ticking spider and migraine) can't slide in the first frames anymore if it's pushed
-improved how eternal dople and eternal evil twin appears to be like all other eternal enemies
-eternal baby plum and eternal it lives doesn't depend on other entity to shoot their projectiles on death, that means no more projectiles in wrong timing if it dies while petrified or slowed

-eternal poison mind's projectiles now falls faster so it's slighly harder to deal with it
-the projectiles from eternal tainted round worm's tails that splits are now more open to have a higher chance to hit the player
-reworked eternal blue conjoined fatty: Changed HP from 250 to 20, StageHP from 0 to 20, Armor from 10 to 20, instead of shooting 4 homing explosives with short range at the player will shoot 12 long range projectiles at all directions and these projectiles have the continuum effect

-buffed eternal peeping fatty: now has 5 armor, hp reduced from 180 to 150, it's eyes are now indestructible
-nerfed eternal wrinkly baby: hp reduced from 68 to 62.5, armor reduced from 5 to 4
-improved eternal famine mechanically to work more smoothly and closer to the original eternal edition
