31 MB Mega Update

-Weapon & Effect Overhaul + Mass entity addition

Additions
-Added entities for all beam containers and pickups
-Added 4 breakable entities
-Added Phazon units
-Unhid the Hypermode beam
-Added the scatter shot to the Light beam

-Added Blast Caps
-Added Liquid Phazon

Changes
-Pickup item rework
-All beams use their charge fire animation now
-All beam weapons converted to use "none" as ammo so infinite ammo will no longer break them (Power beam is still susceptible)
-Added checks to entities for future update
-All weapon damage changes
-New effects for Nova beam, Plasma Beam, Light beam, Phazon beam
-Changed how Phazon beam functions

-Updated universal ammo drops to only work when the player has a ammo type beam weapon
-Updated the phazon to not hurt the player if they are wearing a Phazon suit
-Updated some previous effects minorly
