Golden Soul now spawns a golden soul if it procs instead of staying in the inventory to prevent bugs. (Overwriting pocket actives / other pickups)

Cadaver will now ressurect with a full bone heart if he does not have any heart containers (Guppy's Collar, 1up, etc.)
