v1.3 - The Kitchen Sink Patch

- FSpecial Air can now hover over ledges if used near the top of the ledge, and can be regain double jump if the player manages to hit with it
- Up Air has been resprited to add more noticeable start up
- Up Special starts on Frame 4/5 compared to Frame 2 of eariler versions
- FStrong's Stomp hitbox now sends at Angle 290 to prevent players from being hit behind Wario's range
- Bair now sends at Angle 361, and will be adjusted later on for the Back Air resprite
- Forward Tilt now has a wider hitbox and a new hand sprite to go with it
- Up Special's hitbox is now more closer to the hand
- Shoulder Bash has a slightly oval shaped hitbox now
- Alternate Costumes have been slightly adjusted hue wise + Wario Woods alt has shading because I thought it looked better with it``
