Hey lads, couldn't sleep so I fixed some things in the mod. Mainly doing this since I was watching a YouTube play through of Irkutsk with the mod enabled and saw some of the relatively minor but annoying issues unfold before me. Anyway, hope you guys like it.

Changes:
- Integrates the 'Secure Eastern Europe' decision into the 'Invade the Reich' decisions, that way you can't double wammy Germany and you'll get the super event while also decing on all RK's as opposed to just Germany.

Fixes:
- Fixed localisation for the Liberation of Moscow event.
- Fixed localisation for the Treaty of Riga event.

PATCH #2 - Fixes sound issue with WRRF Super Event

To commemorate the Soviet victims of Operation Barbarossa, I have added a super event for the West Russian Revolutionary Front unifier. All you need to do is play the WRRF, reunite Russia, commence the 2WRW and the unique event should appear titled 'The Second Great Patriotic War'. I hope you all enjoy this event.
