Made the following tools toggleable:
- Supply Knight
- Ginso's Gizmo
- Battle Mat
- Koffin Keeper
- Lizard Wizard

Another cosmetic deck change thanks to yurls - the base deck has minor touch ups.

Cosmetic change: Updated Exiles and Partisans deck to remove their white-bordered corners. Thanks yurls!

Minor cosmetic changes:

Faction selection tool and 6-player setups buttons now feature the full 12 factions.

Hosts of Light has better automated setup.

Added two fan factions from Totgeboren:

Borough Kings and Hosts of Light!

Small but effective updates:

1. Updated Thewy's Chameleander and Cirque du Goat
2. Updated the mulistate alliance warriors. They can now change their state! Like a team of rabbits? You can make that easily now!
3. Updated Ginso's Gizmo. It now works with more factions. Hit the 0 key on your number pad to clean up pieces and return them to their supplies / faction board easily.
4. Added KnightMiner's Supply Knight. Just like Ginso's Gizmo, but in reverse, you can register supplies and quickly assign your own hotkeys to spawn warriors from the supplies.
5. Added Phoenix1147's fan deck: Crafty Tactics. Try it out!

Forgot to uncheese the hirelings from my testing phase. They've been uncheesed and will shuffle as intended.

The Tavern scenario was missing assets, so that's now solid again.
Further cleaned up items to make them pretty (thanks to KnightMiner for quality assurance).
