-Fixed some character selection menu visual bugs

-Card and rune charge times are now accurate to the latest repentance patch
-Nightmare 12 has been updated to match Neko Lost's appearance more closely
-Death screen has been updated
-Holy card no longer renamed to Nyan card
-Soul of The Lost no longer renamed to Soul of The Wost
-Changed placement of left ear which was moved 1 pixel to the right of where it should be

-Fixed bug that made blank card take 2 charges to reuse holy card

-Added custom controls screens for the Losts
-Updated the character menu to match the one from the current update
-This update has been ready for like 2 weeks, I was just too lazy to upload it lolol
-Koki fix the co-op ears smh

- The mod no longer crashes the game at the second knife piece rooms
- Removed Items.xml while an updated resource extractor comes out
