-- Removed Ducal Expansion and Noblesse Oblige policy cards, shifting their effects directly to Colonization and Expropriation policy cards, respectively, changing the descriptions to reflect this change. Figured that the effects are redundant if they didn't do anything new. Had other plans for them, that ultimately were scrapped.

-- Added support for SeelingCat's Sui Generis mod. Venice is now part of the Mediterranean group. Hooray for more Great Admirals! If SeelingCat has its own plans, I have no reason to not comply.
-- Fixed a syntax error on Antioch-B-Gone code that could've been affecting the City State Picker.

minor update -- Poisoned Antioch/Venice City State's well once again. Hopefully it will stay dead this time. Otherwise removal it is.
-- Florence City State added, replacing Antioch/Venice City State for most intents and purposes.
-- Fixed piece of misinformation.

-- Added slightly more Civilopedia entries, and streamlined Venice's description (Starting and Diplomacy screen).
