Added the BAR, added M9 Bayonet. Fixed M4A1 and AK-47 sounds. Tweaked AK-47 accuracy

EXTREMELY high price for the shovel now.
This update was mostly fixes to a few issues I found, a new group of items is coming soon!

significantly increased the price of most of my weapons in campaigns. The prices have been scaled correctly in proportion to a weapon's mag capacity, power and such.

added PTRS-41, fixed the AK's appearance (the mag is no longer in your knuckles yay), fixed the sounds on a couple of guns. feedback is appreciated
