- No longer has Empty Space Bar in Skill Description

Base Stats:
- SPD reduced from 8/8/9/9/10 to 7/7/8/8/9
- Trap-disarm chance reduced form 50% base to 40% base

Skills:
Blood-letting Teeth:
- CRIT reduced from 5/6/7/8/9 to 3/4/5/6/7

Into the Wound:
- DMG reduced from -15% to -25% on all Level
- DMG vs Bleeding increased from +25-50% to flat +75%
- ACC reduced from 90/95/100/105/110 to 85/90/95/100/105

Heckling Gunshot:
- No longer Pulls, Instead: Reduces Stun Resist if Enemy is Bleeding
- DODGE Debuff reduced from 10/11/12/13/15 to 5/6/7/8/10
- Debuff Target: 10% to 20% DMG Taken

Serrated Knife:
- No longer Buffs own CRIT-rate on Hit, Instead: +66% Bleed amount applied if Enemy is Stunned

Augur of Ebrietas:
- Now Ignores Stealth and De-stealths on Hit
- Stun Chance reduced from 110/120/130/140/150 to 100/110/120/130/140
- ACC increased from 85/90/95/100/105 to 90/95/100/105/110

Hunter's Salutation:
- Riposte DMG changed from -90% to -80%

Trinkets:
- New Crystallizing Coldblood (CoM Trinket) Effects: Riposte: +95% DMG & -10 ACC but doesn't Stun anymore, +7% CRIT
- OLD CoM Trinket Effects swapped to Hunter Chief Emblem (Very Rare)
- All Trinkets Limited to 1 to reduce Trinket bloat

- Slighty increased Saw Hunter's HP

Districts:
- Added Saw Hunter to House of the Yellow Hand
