HUD button clicks disabled when inventory isnt open.

- Fixed loadouts with modifiers not executing properly.
- Radial hides its self after using an entry(fixes some shenanigans with SP).
- Hotbar is cleared when starting record mode.
- Hotbar is cleared after setting a new loadout.
