Implemented nursing and added jewelry to elves portraits

-Re-made all short and long descriptions
-Improved orc icon
-Elves don't have pasture or fishing bonuses anymore
-Orcs have less bonus on execution, slaver and prison guarding (although they don't like it, they still have a bonus on this)
-Orcs have a preference for pasture handling and also the best bonus
-Giants now live up to 9000 years to fit their description

-Elves like scribing and administration
-Adjusted races heights to fit classic races
-Adjusted races behaviour to fit classic races
-Orcs prefer shared bedrooms
-Orcs like being soldiers
-Orcs like jobs with authority, like being guards, prison guards, executioners and slavers
