some actual lil gameplay changes

- Side Special's projectile now does not go away on hit, and will continue to travel across the stage and can hit other players as well. It also can bounce off of walls now.
- During the throw portion and only during the throw portion of Neutral Special, you can jump and/or attack cancel into anything else.

Aight aight, dunno if anyone will read this, but if you are, hi! I have a few good updates and changes.

- Added a custom background for the win screen
- Added Final Smash support. Very cool, and totally isn't Yu Narukami's Cross Slash. ahaha.
- Added Dracula Boss Dialogue support. Check it out bc Lopey and Pickle are in it too ahaha.
- Added Daroach Boss Dialogue support. I take on that stupid lil rat lol.

If you also didn't know, I also do have support for King DeDeDe's Boxing Ring stage and Toon Link's photo taunt already in the character.
