Tweaked a few more containers so that hopefully there's less explosives on board in general, and fixed many issues I found with the waypoints. AI shouldn't get stuck in the crew quarters anymore trying to fix a leak!

Fixed issues with custom tags and permissions for the toxin and secure cabinets. Also added a couple more secure cabinets to security, to help with storing weapons away from a large crew.

The airlock door on the upper diving compartment has been separated from the docking hatch; you can now enter the submarine while docked at a station!

Additionally, it now automatically shuts when flooded and remains that way until drained, with a light indicator on the interior side.

It is operated by the buttons on either side, and must be manually closed as well.

Woops again - now the engines work, too! They should have enough force to actually move the beast.

Also, water ducts and the flood buzzer should now be significantly more consistent.

Woops - the railgun is now linked to its loader!

Also tweaked a couple things regarding wire sprite depth, interactable decorations, and the depth charge hitting the hull when fired.
