--fixed a bug identified by "My Name is Stack" that affected Imperial AI Deployment. It should no longer incorrectly deploy a unit to a sabotaged system.

When playing Han Solo Mode:
--Imperial AI will choose which card to keep when resolving Research and Development.
--Imperial AI should no longer try to assign the same leader to 2 different missions (leaving a mission without a leader).
--Imperial AI can select alternate units (Assault Tank/TIE Striker) when playing RotE.
--The AI does not choose any fan content yet. Only RotE units.
--Currently, it will only choose a shield bunker when it runs out of AT-STs in the supply.
--It will try to keep a 4 to 1 ratio of Stormtroopers vs Assault Tanks on the board.
--It will try to keep a 3 to 1 ratio of TIE Fighters vs Strikers on the board.
--The AI tags the different fleet groups with a color and letter. This helps you determine how to split fleets when moving units for the Imperial player. Eventually I will remove the color tags if I ever figure out how to teach it move it's own units.
--Always override the Imperial AI if it does something obviously stupid.
--The AI will not tag/color 1 ground unit when it wants to leave one behind (on a subjugated system).
--The AI will not tag/color 1 TIE unit when it wants to leave one behind (on a non-starting Imperial system).

When Playing RotE vs the AI, it cannot choose an advanced tactic at the start of each combat round yet. For now, just draw a random one. Eventually I will code some decision logic on the best card to play (with a little randomness mixed in for unpredictability). When coded, I am planning for the AI to play Advanced Tactics this way: If the Rebel player places an advanced tactic card into the combat area, the AI will respond by playing an advanced face down tactic card of it's own.
