Expansion:
- Introducing 10 new factions (Bentor, Nokar, Gledge, Lanefir, Blex, Ghoti, Kolume, Cheiran, Kjalengard, and Edyn)

Balance:
- Cymiae Y Technology no longer works in adjacent systems, it is now limited to just systems that contain your units.
- Dih-Mohn faction dreadnoughts nerfed and wording clarified (Aegis I only works on other ships during combat, and Aegis II only works on other ships).
- Kortali flagship nerfed to "After you win a space combat in this system, you may have this unit become damaged to gain 1 command token."
- Vaden YY technology (Krovoz Strike Teams) reworked to the following:
"After another player’s unit uses SUSTAIN DAMAGE to cancel a hit produced by your units or abilities, you may exhaust this card to destroy that unit. After you produce 1 or more hits during a round of combat, you may spend 1 trade good to produce 1 additional hit."

Balance:
- Veldyr Sovereignty Branch Offices no longer count toward attachment objectives.
- Veldyr Sovereignty Aurora Stormcaller mechs nerfed to only trigger on their current system.
- Kortali flagship revised to "When you win a space combat in this system, you may gain 1 command token."
- Kortali green technology revised to "Tempest Drive - When you win a combat in a system, you may remove 1 command token from that system."
- Savages of Cymiae Autonetic Memory faction ability buffed to no longer cost a command token, and allow option of gaining 1 infantry instead of the action card discard pile draw.
- Glimmer of Mortheus Illusory Presence faction ability buffed to grant 1 additional vote when used.
- Ghemina Raiders Combat Transport unique unit ability nerfed.
- Zealots of Rhodun Ancient Knowledge faction ability buffed slightly.

Balance:
- Veldyr now have three faction abilities, Corporate Entity, Holding Company, and Targeted Acquisition
- Corporate entity no longer has a commodity gain mechanic
- Holding Company allows the Veldyr player to gain or convert 1 commodity at the start of the status phase for each planet that has a Branch Office attachment
- Targeted Acquisition no longer removes and returns Branch Office attachments
- Veldyr Commander revised, now allows players to ignore a prerequisite while researching a technology owned by a player that controls a Branch Office
- Li-Zho Hero now grants 12 fighters, distributed as chosen by the player
- Ghemina Commander unlock condition now only requires having both flagships in play
- Axis Agent now an Action, no longer scales, and instead places a destroyer or cruiser, with a potential commodity gain
- Axis B Tech now exhausts to grant +2 move to 1 ship, at risk of that ship being removed from the board
- Zelian Flagship revised to scale based on nearby asteroid fields
- Zelian Commander revised to only affect dreadnoughts and war suns
- Vaylerian Promissory Note revised to cost an action card
- Vaylerian "Scour" split across two abilities for ease of reference (the other is "Raze")
- Mortheus Simulacra removed
- Mortheus RR revised to match text of old YY
- Mortheus YY revised to match text of Simulacra, with a production value of 2
- Kortali GG technology now exhausts at the start of invasion to destroy structures and exhaust a planet
- Kortali RR technology now produces and assigns a hit once per combat when a non-fighter ship is destroyed
- Mirveda RR technology now gives 1 unit Planetary Shield during each invasion, and can exhaust to destroy a unit committed to a planet the Mirveda controls
- Mirveda agent now allows a player, after they gain a unit upgrade, to spend a strategy token to research a tech that matches 1 of that unit upgrade's prerequisites
- Mirveda commander now grants 1 unit with Space Cannon the ability to fire into an adjacent system, once per action
- Nivyn now start with a carrier, cruiser, & dreadnought instead of a carrier & 2 cruisers
- Rhodun Ancient Knowledge ability no longer converts commodities
