General
~ Tails now has an intro animation.
~ Added Palutena’s Guidance codec. For some reason, he had Sleep Kirby’s codec when I was porting over the MunoPhone Touch to him and I just forgot to change the codec. Oops.
~ Certain attacks now move the hud arrow above him.

Neutral Special (Energy Shot)
+ Can now be B Reversed in the air.

Up Special (Flight)
~ Fixed Tilt Stick not allowing you to attack out of Up Special.

~ Adjusted the way Tails rises after grabbing someone or Remote Robot.

Up Special (Flight)
+ Hitting someone with an aerial out of Uspecial won’t give you pratfall.

Down Special (Remote Robot)
~ Remote Robot now has dust effects for when it lands, walks, turns around, and jumps.
~ When Remote Robot hits someone as it is being thrown, the hitbox shouldn’t send opponents nowhere.
~ Parrying Remote Robot now puts Tails into parry stun.

~ 4 new alternate palettes have been added! The first two are courtesy of Zerks.
~ You can hold taunt.

Dash Attack (Running Kick)
~ A sound effect plays when Tails lands.

Neutral Special (Energy Shot)
~ Fixed the destroy effect being offset and being the default destroy effect.
~ A sound effect plays when the shot bounces off the stage.

Forward Special (Air Dive)
- Grabbing hitbox size reduced.
~ The throwing animation has been sped up (32 frames -> 22 frames). This also applies to when you grab Remote Robot.
- HSP during Dive: 10 -> 8.5

- Tails cannot use Air Dive again in the air after he used it from the ground.

- VSP: -6 -> -4.5 (He goes up less high.)
