- Fixed a bug where Maverick could grab anyone if he hit them with Kragg's Rock Shards
- Fixed a bug where the Whirlwind could be destroyed but still hit players
- Made the collision box for hitting the Whirlwind a bit smaller
- The aerial DThrow now has less BKB (5 -> 3.5)
- The aerial DThrow now has more KBS (.1 -> .2)
- The aerial DThrow now has more endlag (6 -> 10)
- Adjusted the Wind SFXs for all Strongs
- FStrong now deal less KBS (1.15 -> 1.0)
- Switched the Strong and Weak hitboxes on the DStrong
- FAir Sweetspot has less BKB (8 -> 7)
- UAir has 1 more frame of endlag (10 -> 11)
- The front hitbox of UAir now sends at a 80° (90 -> 80)
- UTilt has 1 more frame of endlag (9 -> 10)

- Reworked the Cargo code, that way the cargoed opponent follows Maverick better (thanks Supersonic!)
- Reworked the timer of the Cargo Throw as well, it's overall 15 frames shorter
- When carrying an opponent with the Cargo Throw, the cargo timer will tick down faster if you're airborne

- Fixed a bug where, in a ditto match, when any Maverick died, every whirlwind would be destroyed
- Fixed a bug in a ditto match where the Cargo Throw could be interrupted but still keep the players position
- The Downward Whirlwinds now deal way less BKB (8 -> 4)

- BRAND NEW MOVE!! Maverick can now Down Throw his opponents with the Cargo Throw
- Whirlwinds can now be destroyed by enemy attacks
- Whirlwinds have 30 less frames of cooldown
- Changed the hitbox on NAir, now it's one big hitbox with Angle Flipper 6
- When charging FSpecial, if you press Parry to cancel it, Maverick will play an animation instead of using Parry/Dodge
- Jab1 has 1 more frame of endlag (4 -> 5)
- All throws now deal 7% of damage
- Adjusted the hitbox on the diagonally downward whirlwinds
- Fixed a bug where the opponent would lose their mark if Maverick was hit by his own whirlwind
- Added 1 new Alternate Costume

- Whirlwinds causes 5% damage and 10% damage to marked opponents
- Maverick can only be grabbed by his own Whirlwind if he's not performing attacks
- DSpecial halts Maverick's vertical speed at the start
- USpecial goes a tiny bit higher and it also covers a lot more horizontal distance in the air
- If Maverick gets parried, he won't be able to spawn another whirlwind for 120 frames
- USpecial halts Maverick's horizontal momentum/speed at the start as well
- Mavericks's Walljump goes a bit higher now
- FAir has 2 less frames of endlag (12 -> 10)

- Fixed the timing of most of the attack SFXs (my bad)
- Changed the SFX for NSpecial and the final hit of USpecial
- Whirlwind no longer give Maverick his Walljump back (thanks DinoBros!)
- USpecial on the air stalls at the start of the move, so you don't lose any height
- Fixed a bug where you could hit someone with NSpecial and not grab them
- The BKB and KBS values of FSpecial have been adjusted, it should kill more reliably now
- The final hit of USpecial sends at a 90° angle instead of the previous 70°
- Now hitting an enemy with any level of FSpecial charge should Mark them
- If you use the fully charge FSpecial in the air, the gust of wind will push Maverick back
- The sourspot of FAir has more BKB
- Increased the endlag on UTilt from 6 -> 8
- The opponent can only remove the mark if they hit Maverick with a melee hitbox (and parry of course)
- If Maverick gets hit while he's inside the whirlwind, then he will be launched and take damage by the whirlwind
- If Maverick gets parried, he'll lose his FSpecial Charge
- Added 2 new Alts as well!
