-Added the engine status indication in the command room.
-Slightly increased the color value of the lighting, now it should not be annoyingly dark.

Fixed waypoints.
-Renamed Gate and Shuttle files.
-Supercapacitors now have a full charge and 100% recharge speed when spawning.
-Turrets' rotation angles have been changed, now they can't damage the sub (unless you have installed chaingun, of course).
-Doors in the ballast airlock now automatically close (the bots didn't close them), the same for the outer door of the shuttle's airlock.
-Ballast drain hatches no longer open if ballast is full.
-In both ballasts the floor wall is replaced with a shell instead of the inner wall.
-Optimized wiring.
-Fixed deconstructor in medbay had no power.
-The drones have gained survivability and can withstand some damage (also their central pump will always work if they are undocked).
-Changes in the brig..

Railgun loader moved to depth charges compartment.

Dronies now turn off ballast and engine if docked.
Also some minor sprite depth fixes.
