added one ai only skin to the bonecracker

updated the steering wheel to have the yellow mark on top
added two ai only livery's

updated the vehicles uv on some parts
upgraded the engine model to look better
removed some engine parts that really didn't need ot be there
improved the lod details to be better when far away

fixed role cage 1 having pink textures on lod 1,2,3

fixed the roll cage falling off oversight
fixed the upgrades not actually giving you an upgrade
debuffed the vehicle to its old health
and debuffed the side protectors again
