Simplified the implementation after finding out UseActiveItem works with passive items (go figure)
Mod should work with Visible Lost Health and any item that stacks with Holy Mantle

Fixed a bug where Jacob would keep the Holy Mantle costume (glow) if he did not break it before moving floors
