Beta v 0.1.2021.7.28a

Certain pawnkinds were still using an old hediff that did not benefit from the November fix that made it possible to actually spawn Ship Girl Pawns. You should see occasional ships appearing in pirate factions now.

Let me know if I need to tweak their costs or rarity, etc.

Proton bomb launchers are now properly considered Spacer technology, not Industrial, and it is no longer possible to receive one mounted on your starting pawns. Those of you complaining about early pirate raids being vaporized by a barrage of artillery should have an improved experience.

I did leave a few space destroyer kits in the starting deck, for the lucky or the persistent re-roller.

Additionally, several minor tweaks were made to when each item unlocks on the tech tree, to make progression smoother and easier to understand. Feedback is welcome.

Sinister factions finally have their 1.2 faction and settlement namers back.

A few minor fixes.

Some Abstract items were showing up in game, and have been properly removed from production building menus.

Newly generated Sinister factions in 1.3 will have random names, but not from their 1.2 custom namer, yet.

Fixed a bug where several NPC pawnkinds were being generated without clothing, and attacking each other because all the nudity offended them.

Already generated NPCs in existing saves, such as faction leaders and visiting relatives will still be naked.

Ship Girl Race is now 1.3 compliant.

I had to disable a few features, such as custom name generators, that will hopefully make the jump to 1.3 someday.

Also, fixed a typo in one of the fixes in the previous patch.

+Fixes for some prosthetic ranged weapons not finding their fire button sprites, which could cause null reference errors.
+Scatter laser projectiles are no longer tinted black.
+Scatter laser now has a more appropriate sound.
