-Removed a ramp to eliminate confusion on hole 15

-Changed hole 15 to allow for more leanway on initial hit.
-Hole 16 now bounces your ball appropiately like expected rather than into the air.
-Hole 17 Made slightly harder
-Added hidden flagpole
