Fixed zombie's dying animations being much slower if killed while affected by a slow
Rainbow Star now kills margwas, panzer soldats, parasites, insanity elementals, spiders, and valkyrie drones
Fixed Rainbow Star's victims dying with the death animation used by player's currently held weapon (e.g. Apothicon Servant)
Zombies' vocal sounds are now pitched randomly
