added first part of fspecial --> the grab part of the command grab --> next to do is the throw(s)

- fixed bug where opponent hitting bomb into Refiller would not cause it to explode on contact
- fixed bug where opponent can nullify explosion hitbox with a hitbox of their own


- bomb timer now counts down during charge
- fspecial will pick up the bomb if used on it. Bomb timer is preserved


- reverted crouch animation to have only one frame again because I didn't like it

finished nspecial

-added throw animation
-added bomb animation
-added sound effects for bomb and for bomb countdown

-fstrong aerial sweetspot (spike) is now highest priority hitbox

Finished the coding for Nspecial --> next is to finish the sprite work
-Nspecial plucks a bomb and allows for throwing up, forward and charging either throw, can cancel to parry or dodge
-a weak thrown bomb stays on the ground for a few second before exploding
-a strong thrown bomb will explode as soon as it detects ground or another player
-the explosion can hurt refiller


-of course graphics are not final!!
-likely finish sprites within the week

things to finish:
-Fspecial (command grab)
-Uspecial (dedede-like recovery)
-Dspecial (paper plane transformation)
-Taunt

adjusted many minor things on many other attacks

-Fstrong's animation is sped up (looks snappier)
-Dstrong's animation has been slowed down and screen shake has been added
-Dstrong's hitboxes moved more towards the head
-Ustrong's hitboxes moved inward and sweetspot size increased

-Ftilt takes slightly longer to wiff
-Dtilt has nerfed hitboxes, but is slightly faster
-Utilt is slightly shorter

-Fair takes a little longer to wiff
-Dair no longer gives a boost when used once already in the air (reset by walljumping)
-Bair has more endlag (the joke is that the move is bad) and landing with it now shakes the screen

-Jump height increased, allows Nair to finish fully when full-hopping to platforms

Added "shouting" animation to Forward Air to make it more clear where the hitbox is.
