Patches Animal Gear's label to fix the error on game load with the latest version.

New
- Horses clothes added, both for the body and head. Artwork made by Ecu.
- The bridle has been renamed to "riding gear" and it is now going to be the generic def moving forward. As a result, the elephant's howdah custom def has been removed and merged with riding gear. Apologies to anyone using howdahs in their current game (I'd recommend using devmode to spawn it back in if you want).
- Cloth animal headgear's layering was fixed so that it can be worn along with clothes. How'd this go unnoticed for so long?!
- The "pet scarf" has been renamed to "animal headwear".

Fixes issue with animals wearing belts that require actions to actually use (like deployables) and which may also be causing graphical issues.

- Ideology fix: Animal equipment no longer listed in the Preferred Apparels options
- Compatibility for Vanilla Ideology Expanded - Relics and Artifacts: New toggleable option to enable/disable animal equipment being options for relics (disabled by default)
- Howdah (elephant riding gear) rebalanced, and now able to be worn along with a shield belt like other animals can do

- Removed an old patch that wasn't actually doing anything useful
- Animals can now wear any shield belts, whether that be the vanilla belt or ones from mods (before, they could only wear the vanilla belts + a few hardcoded modded belts).

- Update to support changes in Vanille Expanded Framework. Specifically, the patch to enable/disable universal armor works better now. If you noticed this configuration changing each update, this has been fixed now thanks to improvements in the framework.

- New Alpha Animal armors, made by SirLalaPyon: Flak and power armor for Feralisk, Junglelisk, Blizzarisk, Cinderlisk, Dunealisk
- Tweaked apparel layers a bit to be more consistent with vanilla behavior
- Adjusted the brightness of alpaca and fox plate armors to be consistent with everything else.

- Fixes graphical layering between scarves/cloth helms and armor on top of it.
- Removal of some obsolete textures thanks to improvements in the framework.
